Nothing says you're at work like your message icon blinking and 13 missed calls. But regardless of the hectic work days, multiple calls from hotels that can't reconcile their own books, higher-ups that keep changing their minds on which project is priority based on which way the wind blows, and chairs that can't really be ergonomic like they claim, I can honestly say I love my job and am pretty damn good at it if I may say so myself.

As a matter of fact a GM for a hotel in Sacramento asked me to research his invoices since his books weren't matching and seemed to have misplace $9K. It was far from what I was doing at the time but I slipped it in and managed to straighten his records in two days. As a nice thank you I received from him early this week some Sacramento goodies. A Teddy Bear, a magnet, a keychain, and my coolest coffee mug ever!



So though my days have been hectic especially with the current audits that are going on, I can't really say I have it bad. Life rocks! And to top it off Ray bought me last night a pair of Nike's that he helped pick out. Everyone knows I'm not big on athletic gear so I didn't really know what kind of shoes would fit what I was trying to accomplish - walking, running, aerobics, work-out, and looking good. And he's planned a tentative trip full of gambling for me this Cinco de Mayo. Yeah Ray!
