Keeping entertained while waiting for the site to be back up...

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when your lover is creative and never lets you feel bored.

You'd like to your lover to think you are optimistic and happy.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was emotional, moody, and difficult to please.

Your ideal relationship is lasting. You want a relationship that looks to the future... one you can grow with.

Your risk of cheating is zero. You care about society and morality. You would never break a commitment.

You think of marriage as something precious. You'll treasure marriage and treat it as sacred.

In this moment, you think of love as something you don't need. You just feel like flirting around and playing right now.

What Are The Keys To Your Heart?

You Are 25 Years Old

25

Under 12: You are a kid at heart. You still have an optimistic life view - and you look at the world with awe.

13-19: You are a teenager at heart. You question authority and are still trying to find your place in this world.

20-29: You are a twentysomething at heart. You feel excited about what's to come... love, work, and new experiences.

30-39: You are a thirtysomething at heart. You've had a taste of success and true love, but you want more!

40+: You are a mature adult. You've been through most of the ups and downs of life already. Now you get to sit back and relax.

You are also unconventional, irreverant, and unimpressed by authority and rules.
Incredibly perceptive, you can usually sense if someone has hidden motives.
You use lots of colorful language and expressions. You're quite the storyteller!

You would make an excellent entrepreneur, politician, or journalist.

    The Scientist

You have a head for ideas - and you are good at improving systems.

    My Humble Abode...

For those that haven't visited my new apartment or seen it furnished here's a quick peek. I finally got most of the unpacking done, though not all of it. And I also managed to fill up my closet as well. (Notice the pink visitor on the couch, my roommate, Vegas.)

I know it's pretty cluttered but for those that have seen the usual way I've kept my apartments in the past, this is spotless. Actually I'll consider this a before picture.

As the sun frequented more I realized that I forgot to calculate how the tree beside my balcony would soon be abundant with leaves. The pool has been open for a week now and this morning this was my view.

Now who will buy me a digi cam...

Bundy finally broke down and sent me a free Pro Flickr acct. Woohoo! Now I'm sure I owe him drinks because nothing is really free, but I don't care. I've been hoping and wishing for this for awhile. You ask, "well, why didn't you just pay for one?" Because it's easier to justify a $60 liquor tab than it is a $20 bill for "space" to store pictures.

Now, I was so excited that I didn't know where to start. I'm definitely going to either a) dust off my old digi cam or b) purchase a new one. If I'm really crafty I can even c) convince someone else they need a new digi cam so I can scam their current one away. With option c I have plenty of targets, unrealistic but still fun to plot, namely Ching, Dad, Ray and (now that he's in a giving mood) Bundy. Okay, I'm just joking now.

But really I'll sure make use of all this free storage so stay tuned for 5 posts per day with 10 pics each. Yeah!

Thank you Nick! I 'preciate you pwenty!

Another poem for your reading pleasure...

    Like Me

When you swear not to compromise
And refuse to believe all the lies
You end up, like me, alone
With no one to keep you warm at home

They will either hate or envy
The strength in you that they see
But inside, like me, you will fall
The pain will kill you heart and all

You push back another who can't be true
Knowing you can live with no one beside you
Standing by yourself, like me, you'll break in pieces
And not one will come by to heal you with kisses

Let the tears fall where they may
And try hard to believe whatever they say
It doesn't matter when you start to see
Anything's better than being like me

BTW, I added a new friend's link. The live journal owned by Nexus aka Robert, whom I also know as monkey boy. I don't really know him except for a faint memory of him jumping on Eli during a get together. He was trying to act like, (I figured,) an attacking monkey boy. Before it ended Eli sat up asking, "did you just bite me?" It was hilarious. He's been monkey boy to me ever since.

There's a lot of fond memories of interesting characters that I've encountered in my life. I intend on searching through myspace to find them all.

Though I doubt Crazy Vicki has a site, or that she is still alive even. Crazy Vicki was an old lady from the province in the Philippines. She always wore her blue eyeshadow and red blush a little on the heavy side and had a habit of climbing up roofs, anyone's roof, anytime a plane or helicopter hovered. Story has it she was in love with an American soldier who was sent home after the war and promised to come back for her. She went crazy because of love and too much make up. She's my hero.

I digress, I added another link and will soon be adding more as I find more interesting characters online. Even send me a link if you know someone.
