I'm a lazy POS...
It's Wednesday. I got most of the cleaning done Monday. The baking is over with and was a success. Today I get to turn my shift bid sheet in along with the cookies. The blog is untended though but I have a good excuse. Yesterday I woke up with this really bad migraine, and a bit of a temperature. I laid in bed most of the day trying to figure out why I felt like poop. Seems like I've been less than healthy lately. Anyway I went to the chiropractor since I've been having the worse back and neck pains as well. He told me I was a little warm but since I was afraid he wouldn't adjust me if I was sick I told him it was because I had my car heater on full blast. He confirmed that my headaches could be due to a pinched nerve, (and something about me leaning to the right.) I get to see the doctor again Monday morning, and I'm hoping that it does fix the problem.
Of course, all the laying in bed thinking helped me come up with my own plan of attack. I new diet. I remember when I saw a dietician the first time I found out I was hypoglycemic. She told me to eat every three to four hours, and to stay away from sugar. I stopped seeing her because at the time I was highly addicted to Pepsi. I think now I'm grown up enough to realize though that my health is very important. I can't feel like poop everyday. So I'm going to load up with snacks I can eat between meals, meals that are easy to prepare, juice and water. That's right folks, I'm going to start drinking water! Lots of it! Everybody pray for me now.

Yeah right... leaning to the right. Me, I was told my left leg is shorter than my right and started putting pads on my left shoe. Adjustments, my butt... just like a watch that you need to adjust??? Forget about that Dude... body pains are caussed by fatigue which is caused by stress and unhealthy habits like too much drinking and smoking and not enough rest. Believe me, you keep doing these things and one day you're going to wake up with a TB (tuberculosis).
